Absolutely shocking treatment of a young boy by asda staff today, He explained how his phone had died and how his bank card wasn't being accepted on the bus, politely asked if he could use the phone to call his mum, you would have expected a family store like asda would have immediately come to his aid, but no despite his tears and obvious destress he was just turned away.
