This morning (Saturday 10th May), I had the misfortune to be served by a woman who had severe comprehension issues. Dumb doesn't begin to cover it. Despite explaining what I wished to do, on severely occasions, she completely screwed everything up, caused a great deal of inconvenience and then tried to blame me for her lack of intelligence. Will be closing my account on Monday. Avoid this branch.
