Our family and I thought we did make right decision to hire Ken Carter to replace old metal roofing and install new ones last June. I thought everything's all well but I immediately spot multiple leaks at different places (3 chimneys and all of them have leaks because he was too lazy to cut groove into masonry and put enough woods for screw to bite). Seemed his first job. I let him know about the leaks, over two months came about 4 times but was not able to fix. He didn’t even offer my money back. Stay away from this cowboy roofer
