Based in a lovely light Georgian property on City Road, our therapists offer support to individuals, couples, children, teenagers and families who may be struggling with current issues or longer term problems that they'd like to address with professional guidance. Anxiety, depression, problems relating to relationships, eating, being a parent, work worries...there are lots of reasons why people seek therapy. Our therapists offer non-judgemental, confidential support in a secure, calm setting and all have a commitment to working with integrity.

Our therapists work with individuals, couples, families and some run groups. Therapy can be offered on a short or long term basis. Some of our therapists have low cost spaces.
