Do not use Emma

I booked Emma to cater for a party in April and paid in full. She failed to arrive. 2 weeks later she called to say she had been in hospital seriously ill and could not contact me. She agreed to pay me back £200 per month but after the second installment in June, she stopped paying and I have had no communication from her in spite of multiple attempts to contact her. I am pursuing her in the small claims court.
